Its toastmaster and hostess was radio commentator Katherine Murphy Halle, daughter of the department store founder, Samuel Halle. The collection consists of copies of newspaper clippings, resumes, and entries in Who's Who in America about 300 distinguished Clevelanders who attended the dinner. Also included are R.S.V.P. cards with handwritten regrets.
