Reid Family http://catalog.wrhs.org/collections/view?docId=ead/MS3778.xml In 1818 Harris Reid and his wife, Sally Spencer Reid, and children, Henry M., Polly, Laura, and Eunice, moved from Connecticut to a farm in Granger Township, Medina County, Ohio. Henry married Persis Treeman in 1857 and, after three years in Michigan, they settled on the Granger Township farm inherited from her parents. The collection consists of a single volume containing the accounts of Harris and Henry M. Reid and detailing the prices of various goods and services such as medicines, livestock, food, blacksmithing, rented rooms, and labor. Also included is a brief genealogical outline of the Reid family, beginning with Harris Reid and continuing through Eunice Louisa Reid, the youngest of Harris Reid's children. http://catalog.wrhs.org/collections/view?docId=ead/MS3778.xml Wed, 01 Jan 2014 12:00:00 GMT
