The Association prepared reports, made recommendations, and assisted in planning of urban development. Representatives of over twenty business, banking, educational, religious, charitable, and medical organizations participated in the Association. The collection consists of correspondence, articles of association, minutes of trustee meetings, treasurer's reports and invoices, membership lists, director's reports, and newspaper clippings, relating to the association while Thomas J. He was the Board's representative to Juvenile Court and was assigned to the Collinwood district, handling attendance and security problems during the 1960s riots.
