(p. 7) signed by Philadelphia physicians and dated Apr. 12, 1803, with a supplementary list of signers dated May 26, 1806. Recommendation of vaccination (p. 8) published by order of the Board of Managers of the Philadelphia Dispensary, dated Apr. 25, 1803, and signed: William White, president.
