Abstract: Alexander Bourne was a surveyor who produced the landmark 1815 map of Ohio. The collection consists of a plat of a meridian line from the Mouth of Eagle Creek to the Little Miami River, plat of a meridian line from the mouth of Brush Creek to the Indian boundary line, surveyed by Bourne in 1813, and a survey of Ohio's Brush Creek.
