The collection consists of scrapbooks of newspaper clippings relating to Gahn's political career, and certificates and campaign literature.

Scope and Content

The Harry Conrad Gahn Papers, 1909-1964, consist of scrapbooks of newspaper clippings relating to Gahn's political career, and certificates and campaign literature.

This collection will be useful to researchers studying the history of Cleveland, Ohio, and politics and government there in the 1910s and 1920s. It will also be useful to researcher studying legal history and the history of the harbor in Cleveland and northeast Ohio.
