Abstract: William Robertson & Sons was a wool-carding and weaving business in Utica, Ohio, started by William Robertson (1786-1840) and continued by his sons after his death. Salathiel Chapman, of Simsbury, Connecticut, was a relative. The collection consists of ledgers and a daybook relating to the operation of the family business (1831-1833, 1838-1840, 1845-1849), and one account book of Salathiel Chapman (1810-1812).

Scope and Content

The William Robertson & Sons Records, 1810-1849, consist of ledgers and a daybook relating to the operation of the family business (1831-1833, 1838-1840, 1845-1849), and one account book of Salathiel Chapman (1810-1812).
