Abstract: Seville is a Medina County, Ohio, town founded in 1816 by Henry Hosmer but not incorporated until 1950. Its main businesses are agriculture and fabricated metals. Its 1974 population was 1,402. The collection consists of the journal of the Board of Education, the Mayor's Criminal Dockets, the City Council records, an unidentified daybook of dry goods and grocery accounts, and miscellaneous notes which include affidavits for cases from the Mayor's Criminal Dockets, and memos about legislation and other matters from the City Council records.
