Scope and Content

The Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' International Association of the United States and Canada Records, 1922-1972, consist of eight minute books, four Executive Board minute books, seven monthly receipt and financial record books, one dues book, one attendance book, two oversize disbursement ledgers, and one minute book of the Tri-State Council of the Association which was comprised of locals in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

This collection will be useful to researchers studying the history of organized labor and the employment of plasterers and masons in Cleveland, Ohio in the twentieth century.
