Abstract: The Cleveland Dietetic Association (now known as the Greater Cleveland Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) is a professional association formed in 1915 to promote employment of trained dietitians in Cleveland, Ohio, area hospitals. It later added the function of public nutrition education. The collection consists of minutes of the executive and regular general business meetings; correspondence; reports; financial records; constitution and by-laws; committee minutes for health and service programs; publications; mailing lists; certifications; and clippings.
