Hermann Baehr (1866-1942) was a Cleveland, Ohio, businessman who served as Mayor from 1910-1911. The collection consists
of correspondence, printed items and miscellaneous materials from various city commissions during Baehr's term as Cleveland's
mayor. Many of the papers relate to bridge construction, widening of the Cuyahoga River basin and efforts to host the 1916
Olympics.
