Abstract: Frank E. Joseph (1904-1995) was a lawyer in Cleveland, Ohio, and a partner in the law firm of Jones, Day, Cockley, and Reavis. The collection consists of Joseph's "legal Bibles" entitled Memoranda of Law and Pleadings and the indexes to these volumes. The books deal with the cases Joseph handled and consist primarily of information he used for presenting his cases. Many of the cases Joseph handled dealt with lawsuits involving various business in Cleveland, Ohio.
