Harry J. Dworkin was a Cleveland, Ohio, lawyer, Ohio legislator, and member of the War Labor Board, 1942-1945. Dworkin specialized
in labor relations law, and was a member of the National Academy of Arbitration and the American Arbitration Association.
He authored a number of articles dealing with arbitration. The collection consists of arbitration decisions made during
the period 1955-1985, along with some personal correspondence, including material relating to his duties on the War Labor
Board and letters to and from Willard Wirtz, as well as two journal articles written by Dworkin.
