The Smith Family was a Cleveland, Ohio, family descended from William Smith and Abel Wilder. Related families included those
of Ichabod Bates, Gideon and Isaac Booth, Abraham and Amos Morrell, Timothy Whitney, William Wiggins, and Alexander Wilder.
The collection consists of genealogical files of the Dean Smith family, including lineage society applications, copies of
Revolutionary War records, correspondence relating to the genealogy, Bible records, and materials relating to the Booth estate
in England.
