Abstract: William Mumford Gregory (1876-1974) was a Michigan native who became a high school teacher and lecturer on economic geography in Cleveland, Ohio. He did extensive geological research on the areas around Lake Erie, both in Ohio and Michigan. The collection consists of geological writings, correspondence, charts, and maps detailing Gregory's research findings. The collection is valuable to the study of the geology of Lake Huron, Saginaw Bay, and Michigan.
