Richard J. Konisiewicz was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He served as president of the Cleveland Cultural Garden Federation
and the Polish Cultural Garden Association. He also served as Liaison for Ethnic and International Affairs for Cleveland
Mayor Michael White. In that capacity, he was the mayor's liaison for Rockefeller Park, the Cleveland Cultural Garden Federation,
and the individual ethnic garden associations. The collection consists of agendas, articles of incorporation, awards, brochures,
by-laws, constitutions, correspondence, lists, maps, minutes, newsletters, newspaper clippings, programs, and reports.
