The collection is arranged in five series.
Series I: Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds is arranged alphabetically by document type and then chronologically.
Series II: Institute for Jewish Life is arranged alphabetically by document type and then chronologically.
Series III: Jewish Community Center is arranged alphabetically by document type and then chronologically.
Series IV: Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland is arranged alphabetically by document type and then chronologically.
Series V: Additional Professional Organizations is arranged alphabetically by subject and then chronologically.
