| Abstract: | The Townsend National Recovery Plan, Inc., formerly known as the Old Age Revolving Pension Plan, was established by Dr. Francis E. Townsend of California in 1934. It had several clubs in northeast Ohio. The collection consists of photographs and panorama photographs of groups of members of the Townsend Club at various cities and halls for their conventions. Panorama photographs consist mainly of group portraits of various meetings, banquets, conventions, and reunions. |
