Emil Masgay (1906-?) was the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Clerk of Courts from 1958-1975. The collection consists of individual
portraits, group portraits, and views of various subjects, including the Union of Poles in America 70th anniversary banquet
(1964); Cleveland, Ohio 7th Ward Democratic installation (1967); John Carroll University, College of Liberal Arts, Class of
1930; Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts campaign photographs; and individuals including John F. Kennedy, Ted Babicz, Joe Cajka,
Judge Ruthkowski, Jerry Sweeney, and Anthony Celebreeze.
