The Judy Chicago Dinner Party Site Project Photographs, 1979-2000, consist of 2 black and white photographs, 181 color photographs, 8 negatives, and 131 slides.

This collection is of value to researchers seeking illustrative materials (primarily slide images) on The Dinner Party, and its depiction of sexuality and gender, modern art, women's history, feminist art, and decorative and domestic art techniques. These images document The Dinner Party as well as individual place-settings dedicated to historical and allegorical female figures including: Ishtar, Isabella d'Este, Sojourner Truth, Susan B. Anthony, Margaret Sanger, Virginia Wolfe, Emily Dickinson and others. Also included are images of The Dinner Party's accompanying exhibit items and exhibit space when it was initially on display in Cleveland Heights at the former Temple on the Heights in 1981. Additionally, this collection contains photographic records of "The Dinner Party" Site Project events held largely in the greater Cleveland area. Specifically, these images document International Women's Day events hosted by "The Dinner Party" Site Project, Dinner for the Dinner Party, International Quilting Bee, the opening of the "Sexual Politics" exhibition in Los Angeles, and organizational meetings.
