Tyler Company was an international wire mesh manufacturing concern founded in 1872, in Cleveland, Ohio, by Washington S. Tyler. It absorbed the Standard Company, another wire producer, in 1918. It became a subsidiary of Combustion Engineering, Inc. in 1970. Its products were used primarily in elevator construction and mining machinery.
